FAQ

What is the jewellery made from?

All the jewellery is made from untreated natural wood. All chains and earring posts are silver plated and nickel free.

Do you gift wrap items?

All items are presented on a JLD branded card and our orders are gift wrapped as standard in lovely monochrome patterned tissue paper.  If you need a present sent directly to a lucky recipient, leave us a note with your order and we can even hand write a personalised message to be included for you.

When will my order arrive?

Items in stock such as jewellery and art prints will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. During busier times this may be longer. Textile items such as hand-printed napkins and lampshades are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks. If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

 

Do you do special commissions?

Custom pieces are available and we can work within a budget. For more details on commission work simply email us at studio@jenniferlemondesigns.com.

Do you wholesale?

Yes we do! We are very lucky to have some wonderful independent stores stock our collections and support this small business.

How do I track my order and what are your delivery options?

Jennifer Lemon Designs offers free 2nd class postage for all UK  orders.  All UK orders have free shipping and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post which normally takes 2-3 days working days to rest its destination,

If you wish to have your order tracked please select the Signed For service at checkout. This service is sent !st Class which takes 1-2 working days and will require a signature upon delivery.

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will hold your item for 18 days at your local collection point, if do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Jennifer Lemon Designs, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

If you need to contact the courier, you can use your order tracking number and link found on your order despatch confirmation. 

If the goods fail to reach you by the suggested date, then please email us and we can look into it. Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.

In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.

Accuracy Of Content

While every care has been taken to ensure of accurate descriptions and we strive to maintain colour accuracy, as many of our products are hand printed, there can be slight colour and marking variations from product to product. Please also note that the look and shade of colours can also vary from computer screens.

As our jewellery and textile products are made by hand there may be fractional differences in measurements.

Do you provide International delivery?

Orders outside the UK will be sent via Airmail, so please note when ordering that Airmail can take 3-4 working days if it’s within the EU, up to 7 working days for the rest of Europe and up to 10 working days for destinations outside Europe. If you can't see your country in the list or require a faster service, then please get in touch and we will happily get a quote for you.

Please remember that custom fees, duty and import charges may apply to overseas destinations. Jennifer Lemon Designs is not responsible for any of these additional charges that may be incurred by our goods being shipped to your country. 

What is your returns policy?

We want our customers to love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell us  within 7 days of receiving your order and we will try to resolve the issue. Any items returned need to be received within 30 days of purchase in unused condition to the Jennifer Lemon Designs studio address. Remember that all pieces are hand made and printed therefore will have an element of variation in colour and markings.  We do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances and we are sorry, but we do not reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty. Refunds and exchanges are not possible for items that are especially commissioned.
